About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on and proactive Facilities & Maintenance Lead to ensure our 4,000 m² facility—comprising a mechanical workshop, wet chemical lab, measurement lab, and clean room—remains safe, organised, and running smoothly. In this role, you'll report to the VP of Technology Delivery and lead a small team, including one direct report.

You’ll be responsible for a wide range of practical tasks including basic repairs, small rig builds, clean room maintenance (such as exhaust and AC systems), occasional forklift operation, and minor plumbing and electrical work. You’ll also oversee goods storage and assist with the installation of new equipment.

This role also involves coordinating with contractors, managing chemical disposal safely, and providing hands-on support across the site. It’s ideal for someone who takes pride in facility ownership and enjoys improving systems to support smooth daily operations.
