Job Description
Job Location: Douala.
About the role: Sun King is looking for an Operations Manager – Cameroon who will take full ownership of end-to-end operational delivery in the country. He/She will supervise importation, customs clearance, warehousing, inventory management, fulfillment, aftersales, and logistics optimization, ensuring operational excellence in line with Cameroonian legislation and business targets. He/She will be accountable for strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement across all operational touchpoints, while navigating the unique logistics, regulatory, and market setbacks of Cameroon. This is a senior management role requiring strong executive mindset, cross-functional interactions and hands-on problem-solving.
