Nous recherchons un freelance lead designer expérimenté, capable d’orchestrer des Design Language Systems — multi-produits, multi-marques et multi-technologies — dans des environnements complexes, en lien étroit avec les équipes tech, product et métier.
Chez Source.paris, nous considérons le Design Language System (DLS) comme bien plus qu’un ensemble de composants : c’est un acte de transformation. Un DLS bien conçu est un véritable levier de performance, de cohérence et d’excellence pour les équipes produit.
Nos convictions :
•Le code doit être la source de vérité, pas les outils de design
•L’excellence doit primer sur l’industrialisation — standardiser la médiocrité ne produira jamais de valeur
•Un DLS est un produit vivant, qui fait grandir les organisations autant qu’il structure leurs interfaces
Votre rôle ? Donner forme à ces convictions, les incarner au quotidien dans vos projets, et accompagner nos clients pour faire des DLS un moteur d’efficacité, de transmission et d’exigence partagée.
