We are looking for a

Key Account Manager for AI Data Centers

to drive growth and build long-term partnerships with hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers, and high-performance computing clients.

This is a strategic and entrepreneurial role — you’ll be shaping Skeleton’s presence in one of the fastest-growing technology segments in the world. We are looking for drive and raw intelligence: someone who combines curiosity for cutting-edge technology with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, acquire, and manage key strategic customers in the AI data center and HPC (high-performance computing) markets.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the main commercial interface between Skeleton and assigned key accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored technical and commercial proposals in cooperation with engineering and product teams.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, engineering, operations, and marketing) to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and technological developments in the data center industry to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent Skeleton Technologies at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management, business development, or technical sales in the data center, energy storage, or power systems sectors.
  • Deep understanding of data center infrastructure and energy management challenges, ideally including UPS systems, power electronics, or battery technologies.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles with large enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

Benefits

  • We offer flexible working hours, with the possibility of mobile working without core working hours and sufficient freedom for your own ideas.
  • A flat hierarchy culture - fostering our great working atmosphere.
  • Use the training budget to expand your knowledge and competencies.
  • A motivating opportunity for continuous growth at Skeleton.
  • An additional day off every year for your birthday.
  • We celebrate our successes with Team Events, Summer & New Year’s parties, and other initiatives!

We're not just about energy storage. We're about redefining energy for a net-zero future, and we'd love for you to be a part of our journey.
