As a Solution Architect on the Implementations team, you will have the opportunity to accompany some of the most forward-thinking companies and make a meaningful impact to the industries that they service. You will work closely with our customers to gather requirements and find creative design solutions to most effectively manage the customer's business process. You will be responsible for propelling the quality of our implementations and will get in-depth exposure to Salesforce. What You'll Do

A Solution Architect at Sitetracker is responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of scalable, reliable solutions on Salesforce that meet customer business needs. They lead discovery with clients, translate requirements into clear technical designs, and ensure solutions align with platform best practices and constraints.

They act as the technical lead throughout delivery—overseeing build quality, providing guidance and troubleshooting, and ensuring the final solution aligns with the original design. The role also requires strong stakeholder engagement, presenting solutions, explaining trade-offs, and building trust with both business and technical teams.

Success in this role depends on deep Salesforce expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to design solutions that balance scalability, cost, and long-term maintainability.
