Job Description

Cell Development Process Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Lead the optimization and development of cell process
  • Write DFMEA and PFMEA for new products
  • Experience in improvement projects
  • Make SPC and CPK analysis
  • Familiar with and have the ability of preparing PFMEA, CP, WI and SOP

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrochemistry or related battery
  • 5 years of experience in cell research and development process
  • Good at DOE design
  • Familiar with PFMEA&DFMEA
  • Familiar with battery performance testing and verification
  • 6 Sigma Green belt or above is preferred
