Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Recruiter to join our team at Sensorfact! ABB’s newly announced acquisition of Sensorfact marks a major leap forward in its digital energy management ambitions, giving ABB access to Sensorfact’s AI-driven SaaS platform that delivers plug-and-play, machine-level energy insights. This integration is pivotal in accelerating our mission to cut energy waste, lower operating costs, and support global sustainability goals. With a passionate, entrepreneurial, and international team, we’re scaling fast — and we can’t wait to welcome you to help us get there.
The challenge
Growth is one of our top priorities, and recruiting is right at the heart of it. This year alone, we’re hiring around 100 new colleagues across Europe. Our current recruitment team consists of a diverse team across different levels and we are looking for someone who is ready to take ownership, deliver results, and keep raising the bar. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on recruiting with continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, coach teammates when needed, and always bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset. In our fast-paced scale-up environment, you’ll play a key role in shaping the Sensorfact team of tomorrow.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, closing, and guiding candidates through every step.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and translate them into strong hiring outcomes.
- Hit ambitious targets — without losing focus on candidate experience.
- Share ideas and take initiatives that improve how we recruit and build our team.
- Help team members and contribute to building a high-performing team culture.
- Keep things positive, structured, and on track — even when things move fast.
- You bring 3+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
- Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills — you know how to find and engage top talent.
- Comfortable working towards targets and owning outcomes.
- Thrilled by the challenge of a fast-moving scale-up and eager to have a big impact.
- A team player who brings positivity, but also confident working independently on projects.
- Business proficiency in English; near native language skills in German
