We are seeking an organised, social and detail-oriented Customer Offboarding & Renewals Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (8-16 hours per week). In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth communication with customers within our Customer Onboarding department.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding contract termination;
• Assist in offboarding customers in line with company procedures;
• Coordinate and follow up on the return of leased hardware;
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and equipment returns;
• Support the Renewals team with administrative tasks and process improvements.
• Able to commit for 8-16 hours per week (We can accommodate 20 hours/week if requested);
• Currently enrolled in a University in the Netherlands;
• Eager to learn and take initiative;
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy;
• Great organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
