Role Overview

As the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to build REGENT’s Environmental, Health, and Safety program from scratch. Without any existing systems, you’ll be laying the groundwork. Creating policies, processes, and cultivating a culture that will support REGENT through its first flight, into production, and beyond. Success in this role comes from a practical and proactive mindset: knowing when to establish structure and when to be flexible; when to develop policies and when to get hands-on on the shop floor; when to emphasize compliance and when to foster innovation. This is a builder’s role in a startup setting, ideal for someone who can turn principles into action, grow a team over time, and embed safety as a vital part of a brand-new industry.
