Job Description
As our Process Engineer you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with the CAPEX team, supporting production planning, managing inventory, reporting, and training operators.
- Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and performance
- Support troubleshooting efforts to resolve production issues effectively
- Collaborate on production planning to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and manage product inventory accurately
- Generate and maintain daily and weekly production reports
- Train and guide operators to ensure proper process adherence and skill development
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Experience with automation and automated processes
- Educational or professional background in biotechnology or chemistry is a plus
- Fluent in English and Czech; proficiency in German is a strong advantage
