As Head of People & Culture, you will define and scale the people strategy that supports our growth from 70 employees across three countries to more than 100 people worldwide. You will play a critical role in building Planet A Foods into a multi-billion-dollar business, while helping to avoid millions of tons of CO₂ emissions.

You will report directly to the founders and be a core member of the leadership team, working closely with the C-level. Together, you will shape organizational design, leadership development, compensation and rewards, performance management, and overall workforce effectiveness.

This is a true build role. You will set the vision, systems, and foundations that will define Planet A Foods’ culture, performance, and leadership for years to come.

• Create real business impact by hiring true A-Players for R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing —> Ensure excellence in hiring quality
• Grow the team from 70 FTE in three countries to 100 FTE globally in only 12 months
• Ownership of organisational design together with the founders
• Acting as a close sparring partner to the founders and the leadership team
• Provide guidance and leadership in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development, ensuring compliance and fostering a high-performing environment
• Build an amazing and intriguing employer branding that attracts top talent across different countries
• Manage the People team within Planet A Foods (currently 3 FTE - you define how to grow and shape it further!)

• Report to the Board and Investors for People topics

• You have led a People & Culture function in a high-growth, ideally in a VC-funded startup
• You are passionate about creating Planet A Foods "We Culture" and uniting everyone
• You are relentlessly driven to improve processes, structures, and ways of working as the company scales
• You love working with data and KPIs to guide decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement
• You are confident speaking up and enjoy shaping and moderating complex discussions at leadership level
• You thrive in a highly collaborative, office-first environment
• You are willing to go the extra mile to help change the food system
• You have full professional fluency in English and German
