Job Description
- Wear different hats: Software Engineer, Controls Engineer, Data scientist, ML engineer.
- Deeply understand the capabilities and tools offered by Phaidra’s internal platform.
- Work with Solutions Engineers to build the right solutions for new customer applications.
- Maintain customer applications after initial onboarding. Help resolve product issues, improve system configuration and ensure the timely and thorough resolution of engineering interventions.
- As part of our Customer Success team, understand AI behavior as applied to customer systems, identify issues with it and implement improvements.
- Build necessary tools to augment your work.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of your research, communications, and actions.
