The Head of Operational Excellence will play a pivotal role in improving processes, driving efficiency, and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. Reporting directly to the COO, this individual will also act as a key partner to other department leaders, stepping in to provide leadership when needed, and ensuring seamless operations company-wide.

Operational excellence

• Identify, prioritize, and execute projects to improve operational efficiency and performance across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional teams to analyze workflows and implement improvements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track operational performance and success metrics for improvement initiatives.

Leadership support

• Act as a trusted advisor to the COO and leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making.
• Step in to manage key functions or teams when other managers are unavailable (e.g., during leave or transitions).
• Provide oversight and guidance to department heads to ensure alignment with operational goals and standards.

Project management

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects that drive organizational success.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with broader company objectives.
• Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across departments for project initiatives.

Executive support

• Assist the COO in preparing for meetings, presentations, and executive reports.
• Conduct research, gather data, and provide insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
