As the MVP owner, you will spearhead our Validation Phase, a critical juncture between initial ideation and full-scale product development. In this role, you will:

• Lead Pilot Projects: Oversee early customer engagements to validate the effectiveness and market readiness of prototypes, which will directly influence MVP iterations.Utilize customer and stakeholder feedback to refine product features and functionalities, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological capabilities.
• Track Maturity Levels: Monitor and document the progress of MVPs across Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs) and Business Readiness Levels (BRLs) to assess development maturity and business viability, informing innovation investment decisions and strategy.
• Decision Making: Work closely with Tech and Business Management to make informed go/no-go decisions based on comprehensive validation results in alignment with the company goals.

Your work will be instrumental in transitioning innovative concepts from the Ideation Phase into actionable, market-ready MVPs that enter our Product Development & Scaling Phase.

• Professional Experience: Extensive professional experience in Business, Innovation Management, Engineering, or a related field, preferably with leadership responsibilities in technology-driven environments.
• Innovation Leadership: Proven track record in managing innovation processes, rapid prototyping, and transforming technology into business opportunities.
• Advanced Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• SCRUM Leadership: Steer a technical team within a SCRUM product development framework, managing high-level roadmaps, ongoing refinements, and robust issue tracking to ensure agile and effective project advancement. Proficiency in SCRUM and agile methodologies, with experience in guiding teams through the product development lifecycle.
• Strategic Communication and Facilitation: Expert skills in visual design and presentation, with the capability to facilitate workshops and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to oversee multiple projects and initiatives effectively.
• Fail Fast and Iterate Rapidly: Adopt a fail-fast approach and leverage fast iterative work styles to maximize the development process.
• Apply Design Thinking: Implement design thinking methods to ensure MVP development is centered around user needs and market demands. Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Earth observation technology and its applications in real-world scenarios is highly desirable.
