Job Description

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for both R&D projects and daily operations (lab consumables, office supplies, equipment, services).
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely supply.
• Conduct supplier scouting, selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, and Finance to align procurement needs with project and company objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance and build long-term partnerships to drive reliability and innovation.
• Implement and maintain procurement processes and tools (ERP/MES), ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• Track procurement KPIs (cost savings, lead times, supplier performance) and prepare regular reports for management.
• Support sustainability goals by identifying eco-friendly and cost-effective alternatives for purchased goods and services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement and sourcing (experience in R&D and/or technical environments is a plus).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with supplier management, contract drafting, and ERP systems.
• Analytical mindset with ability to drive cost optimization and process improvements.
• Self-starter with hands-on mentality, comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
