We're hiring a Technical Recruiter on an initial 6 month fixed term contract basis. You will join our in-house Talent team of 3 and own our technical hiring across Software Engineering, Product, Data and Design, though majority of your hiring will be within engineering. Our Technical stack is React, TypeScript, GraphQL and Python.
You will partner closely with our new Head of Engineering who has just joined and will be ramping up the capacity of existing teams as well looking at the structure of our technical organisation.
We share ideas and look to continually evolve the way we do things to improve candidate experience and help our hiring managers hire amazing people. We're super passionate about attracting amazing talent to join us on our exciting journey of decarbonising the planet and fighting climate change.
This role is well suited to someone who can either start immediately or in 1 month max.
