We’re expanding our Electric Vehicle Growth Team. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager, who will be responsible for managing one of our EV sales teams. Your team will work directly with our business customers/employees and focus on the growth of our Salary Sacrifice product.
Your team will be the face and the voice of Octopus Electric Vehicles, advising and supporting customers throughout their journey of taking up their company benefit of an Octopus EV Salary Sacrifice scheme.
We’re looking for people with a genuine enthusiasm for team development and for coaching a high-performance team. A passion for sustainability is a must, as well as a laser focus on relationship building and understanding the customer, which is at the heart of everything we do.
This role will include an uncapped commission structure and a generous car allowance as part of the overall package and will be based in our amazing office in Weybridge 3 days a week.
