In the plant located in Gdańsk we produce energy storage systems and battery modules that replace internal combustion engines in industrial machines. Currently Northvolt Poland is increasing its manufacturing capabilities by building a highly-automated, state-of-the-art production plant.

We are now looking for Electrical/Manufacturing Test Technician to join the Operations team in our Gdansk Factory. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver robust electrical testing facilities to support all products and to take enhance electrical test processes and procedures at Northvolt.

Key responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting of electrical test and vision systems stations electrical cabinets
• Responsible for product diagnostic for root cause analysis and identification of proper corrective action (man, machine, material, method, environment)
• Implementation and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical test and vision systems stations
• Execution of electrical tests and reports following test procedures
• Accountable for equipment administration
• Ensuring all electrical measurement devices and cameras are calibrated
• Responsible for executing cameras and profilometers calibration
• Maintenance of stations golden samples
• Propose ideas for equipment and process improvement
• Link between Production Test and R&D Engineering for new product developments, design changes and product diagnostics (development of new products
