We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Flow Engineer to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. By joining us, you will be a key player in ramping up our gigafactories and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

The Senior Site Flow Engineer plays a pivotal role in the concept and basic design phases of gigafactories and gigafactory sites, serving as a subject matter expert in site flow optimization and logistics planning. They lead the development of innovative site flow solutions and provide technical guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects across different countries to ensure safe, efficient, and best in class designs.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead the design and optimization of site flow layouts, processes, and systems to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing technical expertise and guidance on site flow principles and best practices.
• Drive cross-functional teams to understand site requirements and constraints for gigafactory projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate proposed site flow designs and identify potential bottlenecks
• Participate in site selection
• Work closely with architects and engineers to integrate site flow considerations into overall facility design
• Write technical specifications for equipment such as ASRSs, conveyance, etc. And develop concepts with suppliers
• Act as a liaison between local site teams and central engineering groups, ensuring alignment and consistency in site flow strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in site flow management to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
