We are looking for a driven HR Intern to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future! The role is a part of our passionate People & Culture team who are based in Hamburg with outreach to Heide. By joining us, you will be one of the first key player responsible for contributing to Northvolt’s most important asset – its people.

About the job

As our HR intern, you will support our team in various HR functions within a fun, fast-paced, and challenging environment. In this role, you are actively building the Northvolt organization and culture by providing an excellent employee experience and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

The team is looking for a curious and innovative people-person that will be part of supporting the organization through administrative support as well as refining HR processes, ways of workings and systems in a young organization. New ways of thinking and an ability to structure ideas into ‘to-dos’ will be needed.

• Assist in various HR functions, including employee onboarding, record-keeping, and internal communications
• Collaborate and share knowledge with your colleagues on how to drive improvements to scale our HR processes
• Engage in various People & Culture topics to ensure employee experience
