Job Description
Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Factory Support Specialist to join our bold team in Skellefteå.
In joining us you will play a key part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.
The Factory Support Specialist will be responsible for handling and routing incidents for operations at Northvolt Ett.
You will be a part of building a new competent and dependable team from scratch, capable to scale Northvolt’s operations in Sweden and beyond.
As Factory Support Specialist you will be a part of the Ett Digitalization unit, working with the latest technology to enable the future of energy!
This role is focused on (but not limited to) helpdesk style operation that will directly impact production and the supporting functions.
It is a bonus, however not required to have knowledge of specific manufacturing and IT processes are desirable competences for this role. These include:
- ERP systems
- MES systems
- Warehousing
- General manufacturing experience
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pick up, document and route incident tickets
- Handle bug reports
- Take part in the on-call rota for out of hours support
The person we are looking for is strongly goal oriented, curious and eager to learn.
