Job Description
Northvolt has a great job for an experienced automation engineering manager with a technical background in industrial automation systems. You will help build one of the first large scale European battery factories. Northvolt is committed to a fully green production process through using emission free energy sources for production and recycling. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society, and we hope you want to be part of this mission too.
As an engineering manager at Northvolt, you will play a critical part in supporting and growing people in our Automation team. You will make sure they thrive in their roles and have access to all the tools, training and coaching they need. As somebody with a strong technical background, you will also help guide and shape the design of our solutions and be an important influencer in our technology and architecture choices. You will help us build a strong culture, facilitate technical delivery and work with us to continuously improve the way we work.
