Currently we are looking for a Accounts Payable Intern to join our growing team and gain valuable experience in a fast paced and international environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead small improvements projects within Accounts Payable Team as creation of reports base on directions from supervisors,
• Support daily accounts payable activities, as verification, posting of purchase order (PO) and non-PO related vendor invoices in ERP whilst ensuring all invoices are coded to the correct general ledger accounts and cost centers,
• Work closely with internal departments to help achieving the present production plan,
• Interact with management and other key departments for query resolution, obtaining approvals, and invoice processing,
• Respond to vendor inquiries and interact with vendors regarding issues relating to invoices and closing out to resolution,
• Reconcile vendor statements and work with vendors to resolve discrepancies on a timely basis.
• Prepare monthly balance sheets reconciliation for accounts payable,
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data into the accounting system,
• Monitor and manage the AP workflow to ensure efficiency and compliance,
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and cost accounts listed by Accounting Manager,
• Active participation in month end closing and year end closing processes.
