Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Deployment and Automation Specialist to support the deployment and growth of our systems and build and maintain internal tools and automated workflows that streamline our operations. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in coordinating field operations, improving internal processes, supporting customer acquisition efforts, and helping manage key programs and grants such as the REACH rollout. This position requires strong organizational skills, a solutions mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, electricians, customers, and partners. On the automation side, this role is ideal for someone who loves tinkering with systems, can think through edge cases and dependencies, and is comfortable jumping between no-code tools and lightweight scripts. You’ll be working across teams to help us scale efficiently using platforms like Pipedream, Notion, Gmail, OpenAI/ChatGPT APIs, and more.
