We are currently seeking a Supplier Industrialization Analyst. The Supplier Industrialization Analyst manages part industrialization for all assigned commodities and works to support Supplier Industrialization Engineers for various vehicle systems, maintaining the component timelines, and assisting with industrialization efforts throughout the company.
You Will:
- Support the Supplier Industrialization Engineers in the development, management, and optimization of the APQP (advanced product quality planning) process with suppliers from the initial design stage through PPAP submission and the start of mass production.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement in supplier performance and manufacturing process.
- Assist the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on the capability to meet technical, quality, manufacturability, and analytical requirements.
- Analyze and optimize supplier manufacturing process to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance product quality.
- Assist industrialization projects, including coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure alignment on technical requirements and production schedules.
- Ensure that suppliers adhere to Lucid Standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain thorough documentation of supplier performance, changes, and optimization initiatives.
- Interact with all levels of the company with routine administrative support.
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related discipline required. Master’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of industry experience within supply chain, manufacturing or automotive
- Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve, as well as work independently on multiple tasks or projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of resilience to deal with urgent requests, and minimal information. Works well with various teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for results, strategy, and hands on execution. Creative, calculated risk taker with the ability to manage complex suppliers and resolve disputes while preserving relationships with suppliers and internal staff
- Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive), Zoom, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), and other cloud-based services.
- Ability to mitigate unforeseen problems creatively and effectively
- The ability to travel 25% on average on a short-term or long-term basis to Lucid Motors and supplier sites globally on a short notice.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

$89,800—$123,530 USD
