About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead our EV residential charging products in the European and Middle Eastern market. This role is pivotal in shaping our product strategy and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for EV residential charging products in the EU/ME markets.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Define product requirements, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure product success
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to drive product development and adoption
• Analyze product performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulatory mandates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager in the EV or consumer electronics industry, with a total of 7+ years of work experience..
• Strong understanding of the EU/ME EV market, including regulations, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Deep knowledge of product development methodologies and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/physics, business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with smart home technologies and integrations
• Knowledge of EV charging standards and technologies
