We are looking for an enthusiastic Lead System Engineer to join our innovative and ambitious organization.
About LeydenJar
- Develop and manufacture pure silicon anodes that enable batteries with worlds' highest energy density. Our technology has the potential to double your devices lifetime or electric vehicle range, whilest reducing CO2 footprint by -85%;
- Currently in the process of qualifying our battery technology towards 'design-in' global leaders in consumer electronics and automotive;
- In the past 3 years, LeydenJar has grown from ~10 to ~90 colleagues, split over our Leiden (battery R&D, application engineering, sales & support teams) and Eindhoven (pilot factory: operations, industrialization, process development & QC) offices.
- Our new Plant One factory will open in Eindhoven in 2026, enabling first mass-market product sales. Plans towards Plant Two and Plant Three are currently under development: our ambition is to grow capacity by multiple orders of magnitude.
Your mission
As LeydenJar's battery technology matures and reaches qualification in more and more end markets, LeydenJar is looking for an ambitious Lead Engineer.
