Job Description
Last Energy (LE) seeks a Legal Assistant to support the legal activities related to developing the next generation of clean energy facilities internationally.
The role entails assisting in contract review, negotiation, and drafting to ensure compliance with corporate risk standards and reasonable terms. Additional responsibilities include supporting insurance, corporate governance, finance, accounting, and due diligence tasks. Furthermore, the role includes handling administrative duties that provide support to the Legal Department and the company.
This position will report to LE's General Counsel and work collaboratively with all aspects of the business.
