Saarus is the manufacturing arm of KOKO Networks. As a Maintenance Manager of our plant located at Sanand, Gujarat, you will -

· Develop the annual/periodic preventive maintenance plan and taking care of it's execution.

· Controlling and improving the MTTR & MTBF matrix for plant machinery and equipment.

· Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.

· Provide input to management on selection of machines, equipments and spares procurement.

· Create and document the SOPs/WI for Maintenance department as per ISO requirements.

· Meet the statutory compliance requirements for Powder coating, waste treatment, RO plant, ETP,STP, Chillar plants.

· Develop the annual/periodic preventive maintenance plan and taking care of it's execution.

· Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality.

· Monitor equipment critical spare parts inventory and raise PR when necessary.

· Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

· Maintain maintenance logs and reports on daily activities.

· Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required.

· Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.

· Ensure health and safety policies are complied with (OHSAS)
