| What will I be doing? We’re looking for a Talent Partner to join Kaluza’s Talent Acquisition team on a 6 month fixed term contract as part of the People Team. We’re a team of more than spread across London, Bristol, Edinburgh and now Melbourne, too! At Kaluza, hiring great people is not a task - it's central to our mission. As a Talent Partner, you'll be at the heart of our People Team, acting as a strategic consultant to our Technology and Product teams and playing a pivotal role in our zero-carbon mission. You won't just fill roles; you'll build the teams that will help us change the energy industry - all whilst keeping diversity, equity and inclusion at the heart of everything that you do. You’ll primarily be working with our Technology & Product teams. Within this role you will be responsible for: This is a fast-paced, high-impact role with three core pillars: End-to-End Talent Acquisition: You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical roles, from Software Engineers (Backend) to DevOps and Platform Engineers. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional technical talent, ensuring a world-class candidate experience from the first conversation through to offer delivery. Strategic Talent Partnering: You will go beyond basic recruiting by building deep, trusted relationships with your engineering stakeholders. You'll become a true consultant, advising on hiring strategy, market insights, and best-in-class hiring practices. You'll use data to inform your decisions, challenge assumptions, and ensure a seamless, inclusive hiring process. Contributing to Our Talent Strategy: You’ll have the opportunity to actively shape our future. You’ll engage in projects beyond day-to-day recruitment, from refining our employer brand to identifying and implementing process improvements that help our team continually iterate on our offering. |

Ideally, you'll have/be: Engineering Recruitment Expertise: A background as an in-house Talent Partner, with a primary focus on hiring for software engineering and other core technical roles. Full-Cycle Recruitment Expertise: Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from briefing roles and sourcing to delivering offers and contracts. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proven experience using data to inform your strategy, influence stakeholders, and drive effective talent processes. DE&I Champion: A track record of implementing inclusive hiring practices and building diverse talent pipelines. Relationship Builder: The ability to build deep relationships and confidently challenge stakeholders to deliver the best talent outcomes.
