Where in the world of Kaluza will I be working? You’ll be joining Kaluza’s Client Delivery team. As a team we lead on Kaluza’s largest, most complicated, and business critical initiatives. From migrations to Kaluza’s industry leading retail platform, to building partnerships with Auto OEMs and Energy Services Providers across the globe, the work we do is core to Kaluza’s mission and our client’s success. We represent the Client and their needs internally and act as the link between their representatives and our internal teams and stakeholders. This role will be focused on Kaluza Flex, which connects energy retailers, grid operators, and consumers, and bridges the gaps between distributed renewable generation and smart devices.
What will I be doing? At Kaluza, a Programme Manager is a hands-on strategic leader responsible for delivering the most complex and critical projects that will define the future of energy. You will own the end-to-end delivery of programmes within the Kaluza Flex portfolio, bridging the gap between our client’s needs and our product and engineering teams. Your work will be pivotal in accelerating the energy transition. You will be responsible for: Programme Leadership: You'll lead, manage, and execute projects that span multiple functions and teams, ensuring Kaluza meets the strategic objectives set by our leadership. End-to-End Delivery: You will own the delivery plan, working with contributing teams to define all required activities and ensure there is a clear "definition of done." Stakeholder & Client Management: You will serve as a key point of contact for our major clients and third-party partners. You’ll keep all stakeholders—internal and external—informed of progress, risks, and blockers, ensuring everyone is aligned on the core objectives. Problem-Solving & Facilitation: You'll proactively identify and remove blockers to enable the earliest possible delivery of value. You'll bring together stakeholders with conflicting viewpoints to find consensus and a clear path forward. Dependency Management: You will manage dependencies across the platform and collaborate closely with other programme managers and colleagues.
About You You are a highly capable and proactive Programme Manager with a proven track record of delivering significant, strategic change initiatives. You thrive on turning ambiguity into action, solving complex problems, and mobilizing teams around a shared objective. Ideally you'll have/be: Programme Management Expertise: You have multiple years of experience delivering technical and business change across multiple teams, whether as a project, product, or programme manager. You are comfortable working with business analysts, gathering requirements, and performing process analysis. Exceptional Communication: You can effectively summarise large amounts of information, enabling quick decision-making and clear understanding for all stakeholders, from team-level to the executive level. Critical Thinking & Analysis: You work with stakeholders to understand requests in the context of our platform strategy, proposing alternative options or timelines that meet their needs while preventing a bespoke feature set. Proactive & Decisive: You recognize what is important, take the initiative to get it done, and communicate progress without needing to be asked. You can quickly understand complex information and act with autonomy and decisiveness. Adaptability: You have a demonstrable ability to respond to change and maintain a highly agile mindset, focusing on the earliest possible delivery of value.
What will set you apart Industry Experience: Experience within the electric vehicle, smart charging, or energy industry will be a significant advantage. Conflict Management: A proven ability to bring stakeholders or team members with conflicting points of view together to find consensus. Portfolio Diversity: A track record of delivering a diverse range of initiatives, including product development, compliance, technical, and customer experience changes.
