| What will I be doing? Lead a high-impact product management team within our Client Engineering and Delivery function in Europe, our team that works directly with clients to implement the Kaluza platform and deliver business results. Cultivate the product management talent, fostering personal development, managing performance and ensuring everyone is aligned with product delivery objectives. Oversee the end-to-end product localisation solution, ensuring the Kaluza products meet the local European market requirements, client business objectives and Kaluza product strategy. Define and manage the localised product roadmap, and keep a pulse on the industry trends and insights to contribute to Kaluza’s global product strategy Define, monitor and action on KPIs across client delivery success and global product development Expertly partner with client stakeholders to manage against objectives, identify and resolve challenges, and ensure joint success Collaborate closely with engineering and commercial team members to ensure the successful implementation and value delivery to clients Drive adoption and contribution to Kaluza product management craft and PDLC excellence |
| About You Ideally you’ll have / be Proven experience as a Product leader with a strong track record of successfully localising software products and leading teams Strong understanding of the end-to-end energy retail lifecycle within a European context, including meter data, energy products and pricing, revenue management, and customer care operations Direct experience with specific European energy markets, understanding their unique regulatory frameworks and requirements Player/coach mindset where you expertly guide teams to deliver client value but will also proactively roll-up your sleeves and solve problems and own deliverables Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, operations, client success) Excellent client engagement skills to ensure success and manage risks Excellent communication skills to expertly engage various stakeholders across the business - both internally at Kaluza and the client organisation Proficiency in French & English languages What will set you apart Deep, hands-on experience with the French or Belgian energy retail markets Background in client-facing roles Experience scaling SaaS products in the energy industry and/or data analytics platforms |
