Eamon started Isometric in 2022 to bring the same level of rigorous fraud prevention, confidence and trust to the carbon removal industry.

You will…

• Define the narrative for companies, policymakers and the public about the importance of the carbon removal market in combating climate change.
• Lead the development of messaging, press releases and more in collaboration with world-class scientists to explain complicated topics in a clear and compelling way.
• Maintain and expand Isometric’s press office, building deeper relationships with key media and consistent pitching
• Own social media strategy and digital content production—written and multimedia—to grow our brand awareness.
• Support in the creation of other communications and marketing materials such as content, product marketing, and sales enablement collateral.
• Manage Isometric’s presence at industry events with impeccable execution.

You have…

• Proven experience leading communications campaigns and projects within the startup, tech, political or climate/ESG space (ideally related to carbon markets and/or carbon removal).
• Demonstrated the ability to write well and quickly, and create clear and compelling messages.
• Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to break large projects into manageable pieces, prioritizing according to value.
• Positive attitude and humility, remaining resilient and able to handle a sometimes intense and challenging workload.
• Eagerness to learn new things, ask questions and iterate on feedback at pace.

This role might not be for you if...

• You’re looking for a fully remote role at the moment. In the early stages of building our product we’re optimising for being physically together 3 days a week.
• You enjoy structure and only staying within your area of expertise. We’re a small team early on the journey and things change quickly as we learn more.
• You prefer a slower pace. While the problem we’re facing has a long time horizon, it’s also critical that we make meaningful progress on it today, not next quarter or year.
