Job Description
At IONITY, we are building the backbone of Europe’s leading high-power charging network. As a Working Student in SAP Projects, you will actively support our international SAP Public Cloud landscape and gain hands-on experience in how IT enables scalable, end-to-end business operations. Working closely with experienced SAP experts, business stakeholders, and external consultants, you will contribute to real projects across finance, procurement, and logistics.
This role is ideal if you want to deepen your understanding of SAP-supported business processes while developing your analytical, communication, and project skills in a dynamic, international environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Support SAP projects in a light PMO role, ensuring transparency, structure, and reliable follow-up across ongoing initiatives
- Track open points, actions, and decisions, and proactively follow up with internal stakeholders and external SAP consultants
- Review and ensure completeness and quality of documentation delivered by external consultants
- Create, update, and maintain process and system documentation for end-to-end business processes in close collaboration with business teams and SAP consultants
- Prepare and support alignment sessions between business users and SAP consultants, including documentation of outcomes and next steps
- Test and validate end-to-end processes directly in SAP Public Cloud, covering areas such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Sales, in close collaboration with SAP consultants
- Contribute to testing, verification, and acceptance activities, including documentation of test results and follow-up of findings
- Support the day-to-day operations of IONITY’s international SAP team
- Enrolled Master’s student in economics, engineering, (business) informatics, or a comparable field, with a strong interest in combining business and IT
- High interest in end-to-end business processes and ideally first practical experience with SAP (ideally SAP Public Cloud)
- Strong analytical mindset and a structured, independent way of working
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Very good communication skills in English; German is a plus
- Availability to work up to 20 hours per week
