Job Description
As an HPC Network & Property Developer, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing suitable locations for IONITY's high-power charging stations across France. This involves the full lifecycle from initial site identification and commercial/technical viability assessment, through contract negotiation (rental, concession, and purchase agreements), tender responses (public and private), layout planning, grid connection feasibility, permitting, and potentially post-opening account management.
Responsibilities:
- Site Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and secure locations for HPC charging stations, including managing the offer structuring, internal approvals, and responses to tenders (public and private).
- Project Development: Manage the preliminary project development, including initial layout proposals, grid connection feasibility studies, and securing necessary permits.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, municipalities, and other stakeholders. May include post-opening account management.
- University degree in Commercial or Engineering.
- Previous work experience for a min. of 5 years, including at least 2 years of sales experience in a relevant field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the real estate market.
- Legal knowledge related to real estate.
- Strong sales attitude and negotioation skills.
- Excellent networking abilites.
- Start-up mentality and adaptability.
- Experience in the charging infrastructure or retail sector is desired.
- Experience in real estate development is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Frech (written and spoken).
