  • Take end-to-end responsibility for tickets, including qualification, prioritization, coordination of actions, escalation, documentation, spare-part tracking, and final closure.
  • Coordinate interventions for both warranty and out-of-warranty cases, ensuring alignment with priorities and operational data.
  • Coordinate site interventions with internal Field Service Engineers and external partners such as hardware manufacturers and service partners.
  • Ensure high ticket case quality, complete documentation, and strict adherence to defined operational processes.
  • Support the commissioning of new charging sites.
  • Contribute actively to teamwork within the Field Operations Coordination Team through close cooperation, knowledge sharing, and mutual support.
  • Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid setup, with strong self-organization and accountability.
  • Education: in the technical background, Bachelor or Master level
  • Fluent in English is mandatory; additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • Solid technical understanding of charging infrastructure and the e-mobility business, including operational processes.
  • Experience working with charging hardware and related systems is an advantage.
