Job Description
At Instagrid you enable our company to contribute in the clean-tech revolution by managing and optimizing business systems, streamlining business processes, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and improving customer engagement, ensuring system scalability, data security, and cross-department collaboration, the department supports business growth and operational efficiency.
You’ll be a problem-solver, a builder, and a co-pilot, helping design scalable systems and smarter workflows that impact the entire company.
- Support all core business systems, including ERP (NetSuite), CRM (Salesforce), and automation tools
- Work closely with the Systems Team to plan, test, and deploy new solutions
- Collaborate with our NetSuite developer on scripts, customizations, and integrations
- Troubleshoot system issues and support users across departments
- Help map and improve business processes for operations, sales, and finance
- Build documentation and maintain clear system knowledge bases
- Contribute to cross-functional meetings and project updates—you’ll have a seat and voice at the table
