Als People & Culture Operations Specialist (w/m/d) bist du ein zentraler Bestandteil unseres People & Culture Team und unterstützt den gesamten Employee Lifecycle – von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt. Du sorgst für reibungslose HR-Prozesse, eine präzise Dokumentation und eine klare Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitenden und Stakeholdern. Deine Arbeit trägt maßgeblich zu einem positiven Mitarbeitererlebnis und zur Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben bei.

Deine Aufgaben auf einem Blick:
- Gestalte den Employee Lifecycle aktiv mit – von der Vertragserstellung bis zum Offboarding sorgst du für reibungslose HR-Prozesse
- Sei HR-Admin & Key User – du pflegst Mitarbeiterdaten, setzt Änderungen um und behältst den Überblick über alle HR-relevanten Informationen
- Unterstütze Mitarbeitende direkt – du beantwortest HR-Anfragen professionell und bist Ansprechpartner:in für administrative Anliegen
- Erstelle wichtige Dokumente – von Arbeitsverträgen über Zusatzvereinbarungen bis hin zu Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
- Koordiniere Veränderungen im Arbeitsverhältnis – z. B. Elternzeit, Mutterschutz oder Benefits – und dokumentiere diese zuverlässig
- Sorge für Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz – durch die Organisation von Gesundheits- & Sicherheitsmaßnahmen sowie die Pflege von Flucht- und Rettungsplänen
- Strukturiere und archiviere – du verwaltest sensible Unterlagen vertraulich und sorgst für eine saubere Dokumentation
