Job Description
In the Product Development, Engineering and Standardization (PES) department, a highly qualified, interdisciplinary team ensures that our products and processes are continuously improved. Our aim is to translate individual customer requirements into standardized technical solutions and to develop and design these at the highest level. We make use of the latest scientific findings and technical methods in order to be successful as a team.
In order to achieve a global impact, we are constantly optimizing our production and product development processes and are looking for you as "Team Leader Industrial Engineering (m/f/d)".

- Establishment and management of a structured industrial engineering team for the focus products reactors and synthesis plants
- Analysis and optimization of existing production processes, identification of bottlenecks and inefficient working methods
- Developing work systems and standards to increase employee productivity and efficiency
- Continuous optimization of the Product Creation Process (PCP) methodology to achieve efficiency gains and quality improvements
- Conducting time studies to analyze workflows and derive efficiency improvements
- Ensuring the close integration of development, production, quality and logistics
- Planning and coordinating projects to introduce new production methods or processes
- Completed technical studies (mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or comparable field of study)
- Several years of professional experience and management experience in a comparable position
- Strong communication skills combined with a solution-oriented and methodical way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and English
