• Analyzing and improving the electrical heater technology in the environment of the reactor (high temperature and high pressure) in terms of efficiency, performance, and reliability
• Optimization of the complex measurement technology in and around the reactor
• Design of wiring for high power currents with a focus on resilience and fail-safety
• Enhancing the understanding of fault currents and their effects
• Challenging and improving the methodology of the product development process to achieve efficient and high-quality results
• Keep track of technology trends and developments to bring innovative ideas and ensure the competitiveness of our products
• Mentoring and technical support to the development team to encourage their growth and development
• Completed science or technical degree (electrical engineering or a comparable field)
• Relevant professional experience in the field of "Design for Manufacturing" (DFM)
• Ability to work in an highly structured manner and to set a positive example
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
