• Team Chemical Reactors (Simulation)
• CAD design and drawing derivation of microstructured reactors
• Supplier and technology research
• Maintaining inventory management
• Design and implementation of standardized work processes in development, production and assembly
• Independent supervision of assembly and collaboration in reactor construction
• Collaboration in the design of pressure vessels and strength calculations
• Chemical reactors team (production support)
• Support with the introduction of new production processes & quality methods
• Supplier and technology research
• Maintenance of inventory management
• Design and implementation of standardized work processes in development, production and assembly
• Independent supervision of assembly and collaboration in reactor construction
• Team Engineering
• Support in the creation of project documentation (specifications, flow diagrams, lists, etc.)
• Support with process simulation in DWSim/Matlab
• Supplier and technology research
• Support for technical purchasing
• Ongoing studies in mechanical engineering (Chemical Reactors team), chemical engineering or process engineering (Engineering team)
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Basic technical understanding
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
