Job Description
As an Organizational Assistant for Plant Operations (m/f/d), you will ensure that our employees at our Frankfurt Höchst site, as well as investors and visitors, feel comfortable. You will ensure that office operations run smoothly and contribute to improving company processes and day-to-day operations.

- First point of contact on site, both in person and by phone and email
- Planning visits and welcoming visitors, including preparing briefing documents
- Maintaining our meeting rooms
- Managing supplier relationships for food and beverage deliveries, office supplies, and work clothing in cooperation with central office management
- Ordering work and operating materials, consumables, and spare parts
- Supporting appointment and communication management for the operations manager
- Creating export certificates, internal factory applications, and documents, as well as assisting with document filing and control
- Running errands inside and outside the factory
- Assisting with travel expense accounting and creating simple reports (e.g., shift lists according to specifications)
- Assisting with the team's vacation planning
- Training or degree in administration, communication, secretarial work, or a relevant qualification in office management
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an office manager, front office manager, administrative assistant (m/f/d), or similar
- Strong coordination and organizational skills and a proactive approach to work
- Very good self-organization and time management skills
- Confident use of common MS Office programs
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
