• Central point of contact for all complex legal issues within the company and management of external law firms
• Supporting and advising the management on financing rounds (Series C+) and larger transactions
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts with external partners, particularly in plant construction and the development of infrastructure projects
• (Further) development of standards for NDAs, MoUs, LOIs, contracts with suppliers and customers, employee participation programs, etc.
• Ensuring the legal and regulatory compliance of the group/subsidiary companies (currently Germany, Switzerland, USA)
• Risk analyses in a legal context
• Support in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings
• Advising our managers and employees on legal issues
• Successful completion of the first and second state law exams
• At least 8 years of professional experience in a reputable law firm in the field of M&A, private equity or comparable, industry experience desirable
• Professional expertise in general commercial, contract and corporate law; knowledge of capital markets law is a plus
