Job Description

Become part of our team and make an essential contribution to the manufacture of our e-products as "Commissioning Manager (m/f/d)".

  • Technical management of commissioning until the system is handed over to the operating team
  • Preparation of commissioning plans including documentation and acceptance protocols
  • Analysis of existing documents (PID, instrumentation list, component lists, etc.)
  • Definition and coordination of the requirements from the commissioning planning for EMSR, Mechanical, Process and Authority
  • Final inspection in accordance with the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV) in collaboration with the notified body (ZÜS) and the on-site plant management
  • Providing proof of the system's performance and training the internal and external operator teams on site
  • Contributing to the creation of the strategy for all commissioning and its planning in cooperation with the supervisor and project management
  • Ensuring the preparation and obtaining of and compliance with the relevant legal approvals
  • Completed studies in the field of process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field, completed training as a chemical technician (m/f/d) or further training as a chemical technician/technician/master craftsman (m/f/d) specializing in chemistry
  • Several years of experience in the chemical industry or in the operation of chemical plants, as well as in the areas of process and/or automation technology
  • Very good structuring, modeling and negotiation skills
  • Experience in dealing with technical gases and potentially explosive environments
  • Experience in working with 3D models
  • Very good English and German language skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally
