Job Description
About the role
We’re on the hunt for a motivated and technically skilled Salesforce Functional to join our growing Salesforce and Go-To-Market team. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining both functional and technical solutions on the Salesforce platform that support Go-To-Market operations, user experience, and integration needs.
In this role you’ll work closely with Go-To-Market leadership, our Go-to-Market Ecosystem Team, and our sales team to streamline lead-to-sale processes, improve user adoption, and deliver scalable solutions that drive sales performance while continuing to grow your expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem.
An ideal candidate should have hands-on experience configuring Sales Cloud and a strong understanding of CRM business processes like lead management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting. While this is primarily a functional Salesforce role, familiarity and experience using programmatic Salesforce tools (Apex, LWC, etc.) would be beneficial.
We’re looking for people who are comfortable working in a dynamic environment where they will be challenged on a daily basis. We want people who are obsessed with helping to deliver the best outcome for our farmers. To succeed you will need to be able to learn quickly and utilise your own initiative while working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
