We're on the hunt for a world-class Data Analyst to join our team! You'll work hand-in-hand with our Revenue Operations team and various stakeholders to build out insights and a modern reporting infrastructure to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. The role will specialise in applying advanced analytics to our rich and growing GTM data sets, a critical part of Halter’s growth story as we expand into international markets. Working hand in hand with our wider platform discipline, you’ll help build the foundations of our GTM data stack, and contribute to the strategic direction and future of analytics at Halter.

The ideal candidate is product-minded and user-driven; you’ll be working closely with internal stakeholders to deeply understand their needs - blending data from sales, marketing, customer support, enterprise resource planning, finance and more to help the business tell rich stories with data, quickly. You’ll bring technical expertise and critical thinking, working with GTM leaders to surface the right insights for key commercial decisions.
