The Operations team at Greener is the beating heart of our business. We ensure our mobile batteries are in the right place at the right time, powering construction sites, events, EV charging, and more; emission-free. We energize together: every project is a team effort across logistics, service, and project management.

As Head of Operations UK, you’ll lead and develop our UK Operations team, making sure our people, processes, and systems scale with our growth. Together with the commercial team, you’ll lay the groundwork for successful project delivery for our customers. In this role, you can lean on the knowledge and expertise of our Dutch headquarters, translating best practices into local ways of working and UK legislation.

You’ll line-manage the operations team, overseeing both daily and strategic planning across logistics, asset planning, and technical execution. You’ll be responsible for locating, setting up, and running our central hub near Bristol, ensuring everything operates smoothly, aligns with central processes, and consistently delivers high-quality service.

You’ll work closely with our QHSE team on training, site visits, and workplace inspections to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality operation. The role involves a dynamic mix of locations; spending most of your time at the office or on-site (around 70%), with about 20% travel across the UK and to the Netherlands, and limited time working from home.
