We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Solutions Engineer with experience in AI-powered automation to streamline operations across Goodleap. In this role, you will design and build automations using tools such as Zapier, N8N, Atlassian JSM, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365, and AWS services. You’ll bring efficiency and intelligence into processes by integrating AI-driven features provided by these platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in leading discovery initiatives, gathering requirements, designing solutions and implementing them using automation platforms and scripting languages. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, design robust solutions, and implement automation that reduces manual effort and enhances productivity.
