Job Description
Freedom HVAC is a leader in solar energy solutions and is expanding into HVAC as part of our commitment to whole-home electrification. We're growing our Energy Services team to include high-efficiency HVAC systems. We are seeking a skilled HVAC Sales & Service Technician to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, and repairing high-efficiency HVAC systems and a proven track record in HVAC sales. Position Overview:
This hybrid role combines hands-on technical work with in-home sales, supporting our mission to deliver sustainable, energy-efficient solutions to homeowners.
You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining high-efficiency residential HVAC systems while also consulting with customers, assessing their needs, and presenting tailored HVAC solutions. You'll collaborate closely with our solar teams to integrate HVAC into whole-home energy systems.
This position offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to advance into leadership, training, or strategic roles as we scale our HVAC operations. Experience in team management or growing residential HVAC services is a strong plus.
