Wir suchen einen dynamischen und motivierten (Senior) Key Account Manager (w/m/d), der uns dabei unterstützt, die Lebensmittelbranche zu revolutionieren. Du wirst eine entscheidende Rolle dabei spielen, unser Geschäft voranzubringen, indem du neue Verkaufschancen identifizierst und nutzt, sowie unsere tierfreien Käseprodukte auf dem Markt einführst. Wenn Du eine starke Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Pflege von Beziehungen zu wichtigen Kund*innen hast und effektive Verkaufsstrategien umsetzen kannst, melde dich bei uns.
Responsibilities:
- Du bist Hauptansprechpartner*in für Schlüsselkund*innen und sorgst für erstklassige Kundenbetreuung
- Du erkennst und nutzt das Verkaufspotenzial deiner Kund*innen und förderst deren Wachstum
- Du planst den Jahresumsatz, Gewinn und das Budget für deine Accounts und verhandelst die Konditionen
- Du stellst sicher, dass deine Kund*innen ihre Zielvorgaben in Bezug auf Volumen und Umsatz erreichen
- Du förderst die KPIs des Departments: kommerzielle Exzellenz, Marktanteil, Konversionsrate und Profitabilität
- Du erweiterst die Vertriebspipeline und verfolgst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
